Vision:
To unite the people who migrated from Lugum village and settled in Kathmanu in order to promotehelp, good will, harmonyand brotherhood within the society. Also to preserve and promote Kham culture and tradition toprotect own identityfrom vanishing and to raise the awareness of every Lugumyals moral duty to help and contribute towards the village and peoplewhere we belong to. This is a non profit making organization and its sole purpose is to serve the society and people without making any financial gains. |

ShortTermTargets:
1. Unite the Lugumyal people living in Kathmandu by engaging them socially to form a model society,
2. Promote help, goodwill and brotherhood within Lugumyal society by organizing social events and creating an environment to meet people at festivals and other occasions,
3. Help and support members affiliated to Lugumyal society when they are in trouble,
4. Help and support Lugumyal people from village in trouble while visiting Kathmandu,
5. Protect the image of Lugum and Lugumyal people by discouraging and eliminating any bad influence and practices within the society,
6. LinkLugum, Kathmandu and outer world by being a medium of communication between them. |

Long Term Targets:
1. Promote Kham culture, tradition and literacy to preserve and protect Kham heritage,
2. Revive the vanished famous dances such as Nanchane, Jholyani which are considered as jewel to Kham culture and tradition,
3. Help and promote local tradition and culture to preserve and protect Kham culture, tradition and heritage,
4. Promote help, goodwill and brotherhood within societies to create a better environment and social development,
5. Establish a library and supply materials in Lugum village to raise the standard of public knowledge and keep them aware of world current affairs,
6. Provide educational and sporting materials to local school in Lugum village to raise the standard of local students in both educational and sporting sectors. |
